30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your MV-Jarvis PRO purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans on the first payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Contact us at the email address shown on the MV-Jarvis website and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Cancellations and renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to PRO features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period — please use the refund procedure above if you want a refund within the 30-day window.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. Payment, billing and tax mechanics are also governed by the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms.
